How to run Nokia PC Suite in Windows Server 2008?
If you want to install Nokia PC Suite on Windows 2008 Server, and are tired of getting the annoying message :
“This operating system is not supported. Installation will not continue!”.
Here is what you do:
Right click the installer and select properties.
- Click on compatibility.
- Check the box “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”
- Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
- Save changes
- Re-run the installer
This solution is easy to implement and requires no hex hacking of the installer. Hope it helps!
